每位KKTIX會員限購2張，訂單一旦成立，恕不接受更改、取消、退回或退款。

An order confirmation email will be sent to your email address upon each successful purchase. The email could be undelivered to your email system due to various reasons. The confirmation email is for notification purposes only. The inability to receive the confirmation email does not equal to failure of the transaction. You can visit “Your Billing List” in your account to view the details of your orders. If you cannot view the related order or if you receive a cancellation notification email, that means your transaction failed and you should try ordering again. 40 Jumpin Gym U.S.A. tokens will be given to each ticketholder upon admission, provided by the Organiser. For more information regarding the usage and validity of tokens, please refer to the terms and conditions of Jumpin Gym U.S.A. The complimentary tokens are not allowed to be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other gifts. Ticketholder’s entitlement to the 40 tokens will be forfeited if he/she does not attend the Event. -

Participants are required to wear socks for certain event activities. Participants are required to bring their own socks. -
若發現或懷疑與門票相關的任何不尋常交易、非法活動、投機行為或未經授權的商業活動，KKTIX 及主辦方有權取消門票及其入場資格，並保留一切法律追究的權利。所有已支付的門票費用，包括手續費及行政費(如有) 均不會退還。
In the event of any detected or suspected unusual transactions, illegal activities, speculation or any unauthorized commercial activities in relation to the tickets, KKTIX and the Organiser reserves t the right to cancel the tickets and/or entry qualifications of the individuals involved and reserves the right to take legal actions. All ticket fees paid, including booking and handling fees (if any), will not be refunded in such circumstances. -

Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a companion aged 16 or above before entering the premisesvenue. If any partcipantsparticipant under the required age are is unaccompanied, or if the ticketholder fails to produce valid or convincing satisfactory proof of them havingevidence of meeting met the required age, the ticketholders in concern will be denied entry without entitlement to compensation or refunds. -
購票人士如未滿18歲，須於購買活動門票前取得其父母或法定監護人的同意，方可於購票時段購買活動門票。上述人士購買活動門票時，即表示已獲得其父母或法定監護人的事先同意購買活動門票及參加本活動。

Should adverse weather conditions or special circumstances occur (including but not limited to Typhoon No.3 or Red Rain Warning or above), ticketholders should refer to the official social media accounts (https://www.facebook.com/makerville.official / https://www.instagram.com/error.weare/) for the latest updates. -
請持票參加者在務必遵守主辦單位及活動場地場館的各項規定。所有參加者在活動期間應尊重其他在場人士。如有干擾活動進行之行為或違反各項規定，主辦單位有權請其離場。
Participants agree to follow all rules and regulations set forth by the Organiser and the venue. All participants shall conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner throughout the duration of the event. Any actions that may disturb or disrupt fellow participants are strictly prohibited. In the event that an individual interferes with the event or violates these guidelines,, the Organiser reserves the right to ask them to leave the venue. -
如有違反本條款及條件中的任何條款，主辦方保留權利在其認為適當的情況下取消或促成取消該等人士的門票、購票、領票及／或入場資格且不予以任何賠償或退款。
Failure by any individual to comply with any terms or conditions may result in the Organiser cancelling or arranging for the cancellation of their tickets or admission right without refunds or compensation. -

Ticketholders are seen as having read, understood and accepted all terms and conditions upon purchasing of tickets. Failure by any individual to comply by with any of the terms or conditions may result in the Organiser cancelling or arranging for the cancellation of their tickets or admission right without refunds or compensation. -
本活動可能會被主辦方拍攝、錄影，主辦方有權在世界各地的電視和其他主辦方認為適合的媒體上，以任何形式廣播或發佈。所有本活動之知識產權均由主辦方或主辦方指定實體擁有。參加者進入本活動場地即表示同意被錄音或拍攝，參加者在此不可撤銷地放棄其對有關本活動現場錄影及/或其相關過程的影音錄影製品內容現有及未來的所有權利（包括但不限於版權、知識產權及精神權利）。
The event may be photographed or recorded by the Organiser, and the Organiser has the right to broadcast or publish it in any form on television and other media platforms worldwide, as deemed appropriate by the Organiser. All intellectual property rights associated with this event are owned by the Organiser or the Organiser’s designated entity. By entering the event venue, participants consent to being recorded or filmed. Participants hereby irrevocably waive all existing and future rights to the audiovisual recordings of the event or related processes, including but not limited to copyright, intellectual property rights, and moral rights. -
參加者必須遵守並接受活動場地及／或活動場地機構之規例及規則。當參加者出示活動門票進入活動場地時，即表示同意遵守活動場地及／或活動場地機構之所有適用規則及規定。如參加者未能遵守相關規例或規則，主辦方及／或活動場地機構有權採取相應措施（包括但不限於拒絕該等人士入場及要求該等人士離開），並不予以任何賠償或退款。參加者須自行承擔因違反相關規例及規則所引致的一切損失或法律後果。
Participants must comply by all the rules and regulations of the venue and the venue owner. Participants are bound by said rules and regulations upon admission. Failure to comply may result in necessary measures taken by the Organiser or the venue owner (including but not limited to expulsion or denial of entry) to ensure said rules are adhered to with no refunds or compensation. Participants must bear sole responsibility for any damages or legal implications that result from failure to adhere to the rules. -
在法律允許的最大範圍內，主辦方對以下情況不承擔任何責任：
a) 因本活動而對任何人士造成或引起的任何直接或間接損失或損害；
b) 因參加本活動而對參加者造成或引起的任何直接或間接損失或損害。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiszer shall not be held liable for the following circumstances:
a) Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or incurred by any individual as a result of the event;
b) Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or incurred by participants as a result of participating in the event. -
在法律允許的最大範圍內，參加者同意賠償主辦方並應承擔下列因果關係中產生或遭受的直接或間接責任或損失（包括但不限於所有申索、要求、法律行動、訴訟、賠償、和解、判決、費用及支出，包括合理的律師費用）：
a) 在參加本活動的任何過程中，因參加者的任何作為而對主辦方、其他人士或活動場地機構造成或引起的任何直接或間接損失或損害；及
b) 因接受或濫用活動門票、或因參加任何與轉讓、發售或炒賣活動門票有關的活動，而對主辦方、其他人士或活動場地機構造成或引起的任何直接或間接損失或損害。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify the Organiszer and shall assume the following direct or indirect liability or loss incurred or suffered (including but not limited to all claims, demands, legal actions, lawsuits, compensations, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees):
a) Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or incurred by the Organiszer, other individuals, or the event venue as a result of the actions of the participant during the course of participating in the event; and
b) Any direct or indirect losses or damages caused to or incurred by the Organizser, other individuals, or the event venue as a result of the acceptance or misuse of the event tickets or participation in any activities related to the transfer, sale, or speculative trading of event tickets. -
主辦單位保留在認為有必要時保留暫停、終止、修改此活動之權利。如有任何爭議，主辦單位將有最終及具約束力決定權。
The Organiser reserves the rights to suspend, terminate, amend or modify the event as deemed necessary. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Organiser is final and binding. -
